Our small group format (4-6 couples) ensures personalized attention while fostering meaningful connections between participants.
8-Week Seasonal Programs: Each program focuses on specific themes like communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, or spiritual leadership.
Bi-Weekly Sessions: 90-minute online or gatherings combine teaching, discussion, and practical exercises.
Couple Breakout Time: During each session, couples have private time to apply concepts to their specific relationship.
Shared Learning: Facilitated group discussions allow for collective wisdom while respecting privacy boundaries.
Take-Home Practices: Weekly assignments help you implement new skills in daily life.
